How to Convert a FAT or FAT32 Volume to NTFS in Windows 7
Solution :
- Press Ctrl+R to open Run window.
- write cmd and press enter to open "Command Prompt".

->convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs
- Now press enter i will take few minute to complete process. This process is shown in figure.

Note :
- drive_letter is
for FAT or FAT32 drive or partition that you
want to convert to NTFS. Here i take my USB flash key
with the drive letter G: , so I would type convert g: /fs:ntfs and press enter.
- Once you convert in NTFS it wont convert back to FAT or FAT32 must format your drive.
