Solution :
- Start button open Run type regedit.exe
- Now find following pat
- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\.Default\SystemExit\.Current
- Now in right side
- Double click on (Default)
- Set your selected sound path & that will play when system shutting down
- You can set other sound like windows start up, log off etc from .Default folder
